Vulnerability Disclosure Policy

The UK Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) policy is a new regulation that came into effect on 29 April 2024. This policy aims to enhance product security by requiring companies to provide a straightforward method for reporting vulnerabilities and to offer updates on the timeline and status of fixes.

Product Information

Our air purifiers are suitable for indoor environments such as bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens, the 3-in-1 filtration system has 99.97% filtration efficiency for 0.1-0.3μm airborne particulates, including pollen, dust, and animal dander allergens. Smart control allows you to operate the machine anywhere and anytime.

Warranty and Support

We offer a 2-year warranty starting from the date of purchase on the hardware of our Air Purifier, covering manufacturing faults and failures within this period. Physical damage causing failure is not covered. If a security flaw or fault is found in the firmware, it is also covered under a 2-year warranty.

Security Protection Period Range

If a security vulnerability is discovered during the support period, all issues within the support scope will be addressed. Resolutions will be provided only for vulnerabilities falling within the predefined support scope.

If you discover a vulnerability that you wish to report, please email us at support.uk@levoit.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 5 days. You will receive regular updates on the progress of the report until it is resolved or further information is available. We aim to resolve reported vulnerabilities as quickly as possible, ensuring that fixes do not introduce new vulnerabilities or break existing functionality. We will provide a resolution timeframe as soon as it is known.
