Our air purifiers help trap airborne dust and other pollutants that can be associated with discomfort and poor air quality; however, it's crucial to consult a licensed medical professional for diagnosis and treatment.
What is a micron?
A micron is a unit of length that is one thousandth of a millimeter. For reference, human hair is about 70 microns in diameter.
How often should I replace the filters in my air purifier when used in a home with pets?
If your air purifier has a Check Filter Indicator, it will light up as a reminder to check the filter. Depending on how often you use the air purifier, the indicator should turn on about every 12 months. You may not need to change your filter yet, but you should check it when the indicator lights up.
If your air purifier is set up with the VeSync app, you can also check the app to see the remaining filter life. You will also receive a notification from VeSync when it's time to check your filter.
