Get Some Rest

A full 8 hours of sleep is especially important during the winter months. Without proper rest, your immune system deteriorates, causing one symptom to lead to another. If you are struggling with a cough or congestion, it can be difficult to fall asleep at night. Thankfully, running a humidifier when it’s time for bed can help clear stuffy nasal passages and ease dry, irritating coughs , so you can have an easier time falling asleep.
