OFFICIAL RULES 
 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  

Territories: This Levoit "VortexIQ Initial” Giveaway June 2026 (hereinafter “Sweepstakes”) is limited to the legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, PUERTO RICO, AND OTHER US TERRITORIES & POSSESSIONS. 

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters.   

DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES.  The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 17th, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on June 22nd, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). 

ELIGIBILITY.  Open only to legal residents of the United States and D.C. who have reached the legal age of majority in their state as of the date of entry and excluding the territories listed above and are not otherwise prohibited from entry as set forth herein. Employees and directors of Vesync (US) Corporation (“Sponsor”) and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies (“Promotion Parties”) are not eligible, nor are persons involved in the execution or administration of this promotion, or the family members of each above (parents, children, siblings, spouse/domestic partners, or individuals residing in the same household). Void outside of the United States, the District of Columbia, the territories listed above, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. 

HOW TO ENTER.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. You can enter the Sweepstakes via Instagram by visiting www.instagram.com/levoitlifestyle and following the instructions on the designated post. Entrants must: follow the @levoitlifestyle account on Instagram, like the Sweepstakes post, and tag a user whose name has the letter “J” with whom they would be sharing their prize. No more than one entry per person is permitted. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.  

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any entrant or individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or who acts in a disruptive or unfair manner or who otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.   

WINNER SELECTION.  1 winner will be randomly drawn by the Sponsor after the conclusion of the Entry Period identified above. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. The odds of winning will be based on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by Instagram direct message on June 26nd, 2026. Potential winners must follow all requirements set forth in the notification. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. Sponsor shall have no liability for any potential winner notification that is not received by any potential winner for any reason. The return of any notification as undeliverable or failure to respond to potential winner notifications or return any required documents or information in a timely manner, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize without further notice and the selection of an alternate winner in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. If there is an insufficient number of eligible entries, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes without awarding any prizes. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor and Promotion Parties to use winner’s name, likeness and public account information for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation, notification, or right of approval, unless prohibited by law.  

PRIZE.  Each winner will receive the following prize package: 2 Levoit VortexIQ Cordless Vacuum Cleaners (MSRP $179.99) (Approximate Prize Package Retail Value of $359.98). No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only 3 alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.  

PRIZE CONDITIONS. All characteristics and features of the prize(s) except as otherwise explicitly stated above are at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WINNER(S) OF PRIZE(S) AGREES THAT SPONSOR, AND THE PROMOTION PARTIES, HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PRIZE(S), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS QUALITY, CONDITION, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.  

Sponsor shall not be responsible for any delays, damage in the delivery of the prize, and/or loss of any prize in connection with delivery of the prize via mail. Arrangements for delivery of prize(s) will be made after winner validation. Prize(s) will be awarded only to an address within the Territory provided they are claimed properly in accordance with these Official Rules. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If due to a printing, production or other error, prize notifications are delivered to entrants in error or the number of prize notifications or claims exceeds the stated number of prizes stated in these Official Rules, the intended prizes will be awarded to those properly selected in accordance with these Official Rules or the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entrants or from among all persons holding verified and valid prize claims for such prizes. 

ENTRANT VERIFICATION. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to Sponsor) of an entrant in the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry or any reason Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole discretion, for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with these Official Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of Sponsor within the timeline specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.   

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor and Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing) that all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Sponsor and Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected, not delivered, or not received by Sponsor for any reason ; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or if there are causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this Sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name of the account holder.  

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM. Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Orange County, California. 

SEVERABILITY, WAIVER, AND CONFLICTS. The invalidity, unenforceability, or illegality of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, these Official Rules shall remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes related materials or made by any representative of Sponsor, and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. 

PRIVACY.  Personal information will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policies of Levoit at https://levoit.com/pages/legal/privacy. 

WINNERS LIST.  All winners’ names will be made available upon request on June 26, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. PT.
