Can I charge the battery separately?
Yes, the Levoit VortexIQ features a removable battery pack with dual charging options:
- On the Vacuum: place the entire vacuum unit onto the wall-mounted charging dock.
- Separately: remove the battery pack from the vacuum body and connect it directly to the charger on any convenient surface.
What attachments are included, and what are they used for?

How often should I clean or replace the filters?
To maintain optimal suction performance, follow this filter maintenance schedule:
- Pre-Filters (Foam and Felt): wash at least once a month; replace every 3 months.
- HEPA Filter: wash periodically and replace at least once a year.
Important: Always allow all washed filters to air-dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling them into the vacuum to prevent motor damage.
