FAQs
What room size is Eleva 300X recommended for?
The Eleva 300X is recommended for rooms up to 250 square feet, making it an ideal HEPA air purifier for bedrooms, home offices, and other small-to-medium spaces. It delivers approximately 4.8 air changes per hour (ACH) in a 250 sq ft room, meaning it can clean the air every 12.5 minutes. Despite its powerful airflow, it operates quietly for everyday use.
What is the CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) of the Eleva 300X?
The Eleva 300X has an AHAM Verifide® Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) of 161 CFM (274 m³/h) for smoke, dust, and pollen. CADR measures how quickly an air purifier delivers clean, filtered air – a higher CADR means faster air cleaning and better performance in appropriately sized rooms. The Eleva 300X delivers enough clean air to provide approximately 4.8 air changes per hour (ACH) in a 250 sq ft room.
What types of particles and pollutants does the Eleva 300X filter?
The Eleva 300X features system-level HEPA filtration that captures 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns, including dust, pollen, pet dander, microplastics, and smoke particles. Its interchangeable carbon filters also help reduce cooking odors, smoke, VOCs (volatile organic compounds), and other household gases.
Does the Eleva 300X help with allergens?
Yes. The Eleva 300X is designed to reduce common allergy triggers, including pollen and dust. Its system-level HEPA filtration captures 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns, while the fully sealed system helps keep captured allergens trapped inside the purifier instead of allowing them to leak back into your home.
How quiet is the Eleva 300X? Can it run while I sleep?
Yes. The Eleva 300X operates as quietly as 20 dB in Sleep Mode, making it ideal for bedrooms and nurseries. Sleep Mode automatically dims the display and lowers fan speed for quiet, overnight air purification.
How do the sensors work, and what do they detect?
The Eleva 300X uses a built-in AirSight Plus 2.0 air quality sensor that continuously monitors PM1.0, PM2.5, and PM10 – three distinct particle sizes that correspond to different types of indoor pollutants. In Auto Mode, the purifier automatically adjusts fan speed based on your real-time air quality, and the VeSync app shows real-time readings and historical air quality reports.
How often do I need to replace the filters?
The DuoShield™ modular filter design lets you replace the particle filter and carbon filter separately, which lowers long-term maintenance costs. The particle filter lasts up to 2 years, while carbon filter life ranges from 6 to 12 months depending on the filter type you choose. The VeSync app tracks remaining filter life and notifies you when a replacement is due.
Does the Eleva 300X help with pet odors and cooking smells?
Yes. While the HEPA filter captures airborne particles, the interchangeable carbon filters are designed to reduce pet odors, cooking smoke, VOCs, and other household odors. Choose from four carbon filter options to match your home's specific air quality needs.
Is the Eleva 300X energy efficient?
Yes. The Eleva 300X is Energy Star® 3.0 certified for efficient everyday operation. Combined with Auto Mode, a particle filter that lasts up to 2 years, and replaceable carbon filters, it helps reduce both energy use and long-term ownership costs. Its typical power draw is 25.5 watts.
